Both menus are 3 meals, a snack, and a "before bed time" meal to promote healthy eating and satiety the entire day, no more uncontrollable eating!

Chef Created Menu

Hate to choose?  Pick this option to let us do the hard work for you!

Meals are rotated every four days so you never get bored of eating the same thing every day.

Breakfast:

  • Day 1: Egg Omelette with fresh vegetables, oatmeal with fresh berries.
  • Day 2: Egg Fritata with fresh vegetables, Blueberry oatmeal pancakes.
  • Day 3: Egg Sandwich on Ezekiel Bread, Fresh Fruit.
  • Day 4: Protein oatmeal pancakes, Greek Yogurt with fresh berries.

Snack:

  • Day 1: Hard Boiled Eggs.
  • Day 2: Greek Yogurt with fresh berries.
  • Day 3: Whey protein shake
  • Day 4: Mixed Nuts and edamame

Lunch, All served with a mixed green salad and steamed vegetables of the day.

  • Day 1: Chicken Fajita, Whole wheat tortillas
  • Day 2: Chicken Salad, avocado, Ezekiel bread
  • Day 3: Tuna Salad, avocado, Ezekiel bread
  • Day 4: Chicken and black beans.

Dinner, All proteins and carbs are made different each time, chef's choice. All served with a mixed green salad and steamed vegetable of the day.

  • Day 1: Sliced steak and brown rice
  • Day 2: Chicken breast and sweet potato.
  • Day 3: Salmon and brown rice.
  • Day 4: Chicken and sweet potato.

Before Bed Time:

  • Day 1: Casin protein shake
  • Day 2: Cottage cheese with fresh fruit
  • Day 3: Protein Pudding
  • Day 4: Mixed Nuts

  • Day 3: Fish of the day
  • Day 4: Chicken Breast wrapped in bacon.

Dinner, all come with steamed vegetables, and a salad with dressing.

Once a week surprise cheat meal!

One day during the week you will get a surprise cheat meal that you can eat when you want to!  This will prevent you from binge eating!
